01. The applicants in the aforesaid bail application have granted interim anticipatory bail in terms of order dated 29.12.2023. The said order has been extended from time to time and is still in force.
02. Status report has been filed by the respondents. In the status report, there is nothing that would go on to show that the applicants have misused the concession of the interim bail granted to them. In fact, nobody has been appearing in this case on behalf of the respondents for quite some time to oppose the bail application.
03. In view of the above, interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants in terms of order dated 29.12.2023, is made absolute subject to the conditions contained in the said order.
04. The application stand disposed of.
