This application has been moved by the applicant/petitioner seeking release of work done outstanding claim of Rs. 1,18,08,134/- (Rupees One Crore Eighteen Lacs Eight Thousands One Hundred and Thirty Four) in favour of the applicant, deposited by respondents in CCP(S) No. 193/2023. 3. For the reasons assigned in the application and the submissions urged at the Bar, the application is allowed and Registry is directed to release the work done outstanding claim of Rs. 1,18,08,134/- (Rupees One Crore Eighteen Lacs Eight Thousands One Hundred and Thirty Four) after proper identification, in favour of the petitioner through the authorised person. 4. CM No. 2520/2026 is, accordingly, disposed of. CCP(S)/193/2023:- 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the compliance of the order, no further proceedings are required in this matter as the matter has been settled between the parties. 6.
