Rout, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, though the Petitioner should have preferred CRLREV challenging the impugned order, but by mistake, the present petition has been preferred to set aside the impugned order dated 24.04.2023 passed in D.V. Misc Case No.193 of 2021. 3. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to file CRLREV. 4. Mr. Sahoo undertakes to file a memo to the said effect with the Registry bearing the signature of Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Counsel for the Petitioner by tomorrow (28.07.2026). 5.
