Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed photocopy of the letter dated 28.11.2025 issued to the petitioner-firm. The subject being “Amnesty Scheme, 2025 for withdrawal of the Criminal Cases filed against Insured Persons and employers and settlement of cases filed by Employers u/s.75 and 82 of ESI Act, 1948-regarding.” Copy of the letter indicating the amnesty scheme is scanned and reproduced herein: 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that leave may be granted to avail the benefit of the ‘Amnesty Scheme 2025’ promulgated by the opposite party – ESIC. 3. The learned counsel for the opposite party endorses the submissions made at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, it is expected that the parties shall work out amicable settlement as per the Amnesty Scheme acceptable to both the parties and this Court in no uncertain terms encourages such settlement in view of the Amnesty Scheme communicated vide letter dated 28.11.2025. 5. It is further clarified that contentions raised in the writ application shall not be a bar in any manner whatsoever for the parties to work out amicable settlement in terms of the ‘Amnesty Scheme’. 6. The interim order passed earlier shall merge with the order passed today. Any order passed earlier shall not in any manner come in the way of the parties to arrive at a settlement. 7.
