02. Statement of learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners is taken on record, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The record, which this Court had directed the respondents to produce, may be produced before the Tribunal, if so required. The dismissal of this writ petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners to challenge the order, if any, passed by the Tribunal adverse to the interest of the petitioners.
