It is submitted by the counsel for the respondents that in terms of order impugned, the respondent No. 2 was admitted to interim bail and subsequently in terms of order dated 11.05.2022, the interim bail was made absolute and that the petitioner are in knowledge of the passing of the order of absolute bail but the same has not been questioned. 2. It is further submitted that the final order has not been assailed the order of interim bail having merged with the final order, so nothing survives in this petition. 3. Submissions have relevance because once the interim bail order is made absolute, said order gets merged with the final order and unless the final order is challenged by way of separate proceedings, the petition for assailing the previous order is rendered infructuous. 4.
