The petitioner, a holder of License (L-13) whole-seller of country liquor, has come up with this writ petition, challenging certain conditions contained in the Excise Policy Announcement for the financial year 2021-22 relating to levy of additional fee and penalty on the failure of the petitioner to lift the minimum guaranteed quota. 2. Heard Mr. Angrez Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, for the respondents/State. 3. It is not in dispute that the issue raised in the writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in M/s Mohan Meakin Ltd. vs. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 State of H.P. and others2. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for redressal of his grievances raised in this writ petition in light of aforesaid decision.
