By this petition, the petitioner prays that the respondents be directed not to conduct the investigation in respect of the complaint for cheating filed by private respondents against the petitioner which is pending disposal in the Competent Court of jurisdiction. It is further prayed in the petition that the complaint be closed and no parallel proceedings be conducted in the subject matter. 2. Upon notice, the respondents have appeared and filed their reply stating therein that the investigation in the case has been closed as not proved, as the matter appeared to be purely of civil nature pertaining to sale and purchase of land. 3. Since the petitioner had only prayed for prohibition to the effect that respondents be restrained from conducting investigation in the case which has been closed by the respondents as not proved, therefore, the petitioner does not have any grievance left to pursue before this Court in this petition. 4.
