CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M.A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER 27.02.2026
On 27.12.2024, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioners made a statement that the matter was being amicably settled between the parties and for that reasons alone, case was listed on number of occasions.
Learned counsel for the parties have been repeatedly seeking time for reporting the instructions with regard to the amicable settlement of the matter. Despite the lapse of more than a year, no instructions in this regard have been reported, nor has anybody come present on behalf of the parties.
In these circumstances, we are left with no other option but to presume that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and are no more interested in prosecuting this petition any further.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
