No.894, 897 and 902 with further directions to pay adequate compensation with upto date interest etc. ii) That direction may be issued to the respondent authorities (NHAI) to take protective measures by constructing retaining walls etc to protect the property of the petitioner from further damage.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition from time to time, the compensation amount as determined by the Committee constituted by the State Government under notification dated 08.06.2020 has since been released to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above position and submits that grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition has now been redressed by the respondents. He further submits that the present writ petition be disposed of, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of any surviving grievance(s) relating to the subject matter. Granting such liberty, the present writ petition to stand disposed of as having worked itself out. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
