01. Vide CM No. 789/2026, respondent No. 6 has placed on record copy of Death Certificate of the petitioner. As per the said Certificate, the petitioner is stated to have died on 20.04.2024.
02. No one has come forward to get himself/herself substituted as legal heir of the deceased-petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the relief that is being sought by the petitioner in the present petition, the right to sue does not survive upon the legal heir(s).
03. In this view of the matter, the petition has abated. The same is
disposed of along with connected application(s), accordingly.
