1 026:CGHC:7051 NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR CRR No. 115 of 2023 Smt. Premkumari W/o Shri Rewaram Verma Aged About 25 Years R/o Village- Dharashiv, P.S. Kasdol, District- Balodabazar, Chhattisgarh ... Applicant(s) versus Rewaram S/o Manharan Verma Aged About 28 Years R/o Village Dharashiv, P.S. Kasdol, District- Balodabazar, Chhattisgarh ---- Non-applicant(s) For Applicant : Mr. Bharat Lal Dembra, Advocate. For Non-applicant : None. Hon'ble Shri Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 09.02 .2026 1. Heard Mr. Bharat Lal Dembra, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. By way of this revision, the applicant prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly allow the present revision and set aside the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in M.J.C. No. 209/2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court, and further allow the application filed by the applicant under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. in toto, as originally submitted before the Family Court, in the interest of justice.” KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 3. It transpires from the record that the present revision petition is barred by limitation by 327 days. On a pointed query made to the counsel for the applicant, it was observed that although time had been granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 01.02.2023 and 20.04.2023 to remove the default, the same has not been removed. He further submitted that he has no instructions from his client. It thus appears that, with the passage of time, the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the present matter. 4. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith.
