Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral). By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for following reliefs:-
“a. That the petitioners may kindly be held entitled for service pension as per Govt. norms w.e.f. due date with all consequential benefits and the arrears accrued may kindly be ordered to be paid with interest. b. That the respondents may also kindly be directed to grant the benefit of CPF to the petitioners w.e.f. due date with all consequential benefits.”

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the reliefs prayed for by the petitioners are squarely covered by the
judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 269 of 2023, titled Joginder Chand vs. State of H.P. & Ors., along with connected matters, decided on 30.12.2025.
3. He submits that in the interest of justice, this petition be
disposed of with the direction that the findings returned in Joginder Chand (supra) are held to be mutatis mutandis applicable to the present petition.
4. Though the learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondent-State and learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, tried to distinguish the judgment, but they could not demonstrate that Joginder Chand (supra) was not similarly situated as the petitioners.

Therefore, as the issue involved in this petition is no more res integra and the same stands settled by the judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.269 of 2023, titled Joginder Chand versus State of H.P. and others along with other connected matters, decided on 30th December, 2025, this petition is
disposed of with the direction that the findings returned by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench in Jgoinder Chand versus State of H.P. and others (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the present petition
3 also. Relief granted to the petitioner therein shall be construed to have been granted to the present petitioners also. The petition stands disposed of.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
