Applicant-Ravinder, son of Shri Mansa Ram, being Appellant No.16 has filed instant application, seeking release of the amount attributable to his share of compensation as in issue in instant appeal [RFA No.1 of 2023], which stands disposed of by this Court alongwith RFA No.142 of 2016, vide judgment dated 02.01.2023. 3. Upon listing of application, Learned Counsel for HPPCL i.e. Non-Applicants/Respondents No.2 and 4, states that he has no objection to the prayer for release of amount, attributable to the share of Applicant-Appellant No.16. Since the amount sought to be released, was deposited by Non- Applicants No.2 and 4-HPPCL, therefore, the State Counsel has not seriously disputed the prayer for release of amount. 4. Taking into account the entirety of facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. 5. Registry is directed to release the amount to the extent of share of Applicant-Appellant [Ravinder, son of Shri Mansa Ram], in aforesaid disposed of Appeal i.e. RFA No.1 of 2023, by remitting the amount in terms of particulars enclosed with the application as Annexure A-1, within three weeks from today.
