By way of this application, a prayer was made by the Award Holder for the attachment of the JDs’ property for the purpose of satisfaction of the Award passed by the learned Arbitrator. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the award amount stands deposited in the Registry of this Court and the present application has lost its efficacy. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that in fact the award amount stands disposed, the petitioner does not intend to press the present application.
