Cr.MP No.2926 of 2026 This application has been filed for modification/ correction in the judgment dated 08.07.2026. Counsels for the parties have pointed out certain typographical mistakes in the said judgment, which are as follows. 1. In paragraph No.21 of the judgment, date of the incident has been mentioned as 25.08.2023 and it should be read as 27.10.2023. 2. In last line of paragraph No.23 of the judgment, percentage of ownership has been shown as 51% and the same should be read as 50%. 3. Similarly, in paragraph 25 of the judgment, it has been mentioned that complainant had acquaintance with Mr. Sanjay Kundu, but instead of the complainant it should be read as Mr. Keshav Dutt Shreedhar. 4. Reference is also made to paragraph 49 of the judgment, wherein it has been mentioned that both the cases are conducted without any ulterior motive but the line should be read as ‘both the cases are conducted with ulterior motive.
