None appears for the petitioner as also for private respondent, so much so, on previous date of hearing dated 08.11.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner sought an opportunity for getting the statement of the contesting parties recorded before the Registrar Judicial of this Court in support of compromise, that had been effected inter se them on 19.01.2023, therefore, it appears that the parties are not interested to pursue this petition any further.
2. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
