Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that since during pendency of the Writ Petition, he has been requested to make a fresh application to get the benefit of appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme vide letter dated 01.09.2025, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach once again, if he is not considered favorably. 4. Copy of letter dated 01.09.2025 so produced in Court be kept in record. 5. Considering the submission made, Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file it afresh if he does not get the benefit. 6.
