By this petition, petitioner herein has challenged impugned letter dated 08.09.2023, addressed to respondent Nos. 3 to 4 as also the e-Tender Notice dated 11.09.2023, issued by respondent No.4. The petitioner has also sought a direction to respondents to open a Financial Bid of the petitioner and another contractor, who have been found responsive by Evaluation Committee and to allot work for upgradation/ strengthening of road connecting to BL Road (KM 2nd) to Zirpora Waghama Road at Gundi Nowroz and Katriteng (NABARD RIDF XXVIII) to the successful bidder. 2. It is stated by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that petitioner herein would feel satisfied if the instant petition is directed to be treated as representation and respondents be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is treated as representation, thereby directing respondents to accord consideration to the representation of the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of this order by passing a speaking order thereof. 5. Till the representation of the petitioner is considered and decided by the respondents, impugned letter dated 08.09.2023 as well as e-Tender Notice dated 11.09.2023, shall remain stayed. 6.
