3. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been concluded and the final report has already been submitted before the competent court. It is, therefore, contended that the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the application for anticipatory bail does not survive after submission of the final report, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. No order as to costs.
