Ms. R. Dutta, learned LAC appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been acquitted of all the charges by the judgment and order dated 19.09.2024 of the trial 2026:MLHC:369
court passed on the conclusion of the trial. She, therefore, submits that this matter has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
Mr. J. Thabah, learned GA appearing for the State does not dispute the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the parties, there remains nothing to be decided in this criminal petition and the same stands closed as infructuous.
