The reason for seeking withdrawal of the writ petition is the fact that because of change in cause related circumstances, the writ purpose has been rendered infructuous and that necessitates the petitioners to come forward with a fresh writ petition to attend with the changed circumstances as has been set out in the application. 4. For the reasons set out in the application CM No. 597/2026, the same is allowed. 5.
