Eight petitioners have joined together to come up with an application CM No. 597/2026 filed on 09.02.2026 thereby seeking withdrawal of the writ petition WP(C) No. 2881/2023 with liberty to file fresh one. 3. The reason for seeking withdrawal of the writ petition is the fact that because of change in cause related circumstances, the writ purpose has been rendered infructuous and that necessitates the petitioners to come forward with a fresh writ petition to attend with the changed circumstances as has been set out in the application. 4. For the reasons set out in the application CM No. 597/2026, the same is allowed. 5. Writ petition WP(C) No. 2881/2023 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved, jointly as well as several, in favour of the petitioners to come up with a fresh writ petition. 6.
