In compliance to the order of even date, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a receipt dated 05.06.2026, regarding the deposit of ₹1,31,250/-, which is 7.5% of the cheque amount of ₹17,50,000/-, issued by the Member Secretary, H.P. Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P.

want to proceed further with the complaint in view of the compromise effected between the parties.

In view of above, present revision petition is allowed and the judgment passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Solan, District Solan, H.P. in Cr. Appeal No. 2-S/10 of 23/19, dated 03.06.2023 (learned Appellate Court) affirming the judgment of conviction dated 10.04.2019 and order of sentence dated 18.04.2019, passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.II, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. (learned Trial Court) passed in Criminal Case No. 161-III of 2015 are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits an amount of ₹1,75,000/-has been deposited before learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.II, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. which is to be disbursed to the complainant as per the compromise. Hence, the amount of ₹₹1,75,000/- lying deposited before the learned Trial Court is ordered to be disbursed to the complainant under proper identification and receipt by remitting the amount to the savings account of complainant on furnishing of bank details.

In view of the above, the present revision is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
