By virtue of an order dated 13.10.2022, this Court came to dispose of FAO No. 14/2019 read with RP No. 66/2021. 2. This Court came to place an arrangement for facilitating the interaction of the petitioners, who are the real paternal aunts of minor child, Mohammad Aqdus S/o late Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, who was and is in the custody of his mother-Mst. Rohie Firdous, the respondent herein. 3. The two petitioners have come forward with the present contempt petition alleging that the respondent is not acting in compliance with the arrangement so MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 29.01.26 set in by this Court in terms of order dated 13.03.2022 read with order dated 05.12.2022. 4. Mr. Mohd Younis Bhat, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that his client is honouring the arrangement in letter and spirit and the minor son is now 12 years old bearing a matured understanding which enables him to exercise his own discretion as well. 5. Given the fact that the respondent has accepted the arrangement, as such, the same is supposed to last till the minor attains the age of majority or the arrangement is altered at the instance of either of the parties. 6. This contempt petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction to the respondent to ensure letter and spirit compliance of the arrangement set in by this Court. 7. Disposed of.
