By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 01.03.2023, the operative portion of which is reproduced herein below: “In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents projecting therein his claim, and on its receipt respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within one month.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by respondents, it is stated that the representation has been considered, pursuant to the order dated 01.03.2023 passed by this Court. A detailed consideration order has been passed by the respondents on 10.08.2024, wherein the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected, being devoid of any merit. Respondents have also placed on record the consideration order dated 10.08.2024. 3. In view of the above, respondents have complied with the order dated 01.03.2023, passed by this Court in its letter and spirit. 4.
