SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPSS No.995 of 2023 Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J. Mr. Deepak S. Bisht, learned counsel i/b Mr. S.K. Mandal, learned Counsel for petitioner. 2. Mr. B.S. Koranga, learned B.H. for the State. 3. It is contended by learned Counsel for the parties that the transfer order impugned in this petition has been withdrawn by the State subsequently which is also reflected from the counter affidavit filed by the State. According to the parties, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. 4. Having considered the submissions of parties, this Court is of the view that since impugned transfer order has been withdrawn, instant writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
