Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the interest of justice would be served, in case, respondents are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner, appended with the petition as Annexure P-5, in light of the contents thereof, within some reasonable time. 2. This Court is of the considered view that let the petitioner file a fresh representation to the competent authority and a fresh call be taken thereupon by the authority, uninfluenced of its earlier decision, if any, taken on the earlier representation of the petition, including Annexure P-7. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation to the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 competent Authority within a period of two weeks from today and a fresh call be taken thereupon by the Authority, uninfluenced of any earlier decision on the issue including Annexure P-7. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Authority be directed that the decision be taken in light of the judgment passed by this Court in Ajay Singh Thakur vs. State of H.P. and others (CWPOA No. 200 of 2019). It is observed that the petitioner may refer this judgment in the representation to be filed by him and the representation be decided in light of contents thereof as also the judgment being relied upon by learned Counsel for the petitioner, positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt thereof, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
