This is an application seeking leave of this Court to file an appeal to throw challenge to the judgment of acquittal dated 04.07.2023, passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kishtwar in case titled “State of J&K Vs. Ishtiaq Hussain”. 2. We have gone through the judgment impugned and are of the view that debatable questions of fact and law are involved for determination and therefore, the leave deserves to be granted.
