Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Contemnors. 3. It is stated by learned counsel for the Contemnors that he has filed the compliance affidavit on 12.05.2026. 4. Perused the compliance affidavit. 5. On perusal of the said affidavit it appears that the Petitioner has been paid all his dues along with interest at the rate of 7%. Further, the Petitioner has given an undertaking which is part of the compliance affidavit which indicates that he has no further claims or arrears pending against the department and, accordingly, he has Page 2 of 2. prayed for disposal of the contempt proceeding. 6.
