CORAM: HON’BLE MS. JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE
ORDER 07.04.2026
Learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to seek instructions as to whether the petitioner wants to pursue the present petition, vide
order dated 26.09.2025, which was reiterated on 05.12.2025. However, when the matter was taken up today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has chosen to appear before this Court. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with connected applications, if any.
