The respondent no.2 is present in court today and is identified by IO/SI Manoj Kumar. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by him that he has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. It is also submitted by respondent no. 2 that he did not suffer any noticeable injury except that he felt pain in back. Respondent no.2 submits that now he does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners. I have also seen MLC of respondent no. 2. 4. Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 5. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 411/2025 of PS Janakpuri for offence under Section 333/115(2)/351(2) read with Section 3(5) of BNS as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
