The accused, namely, opposite party No.2 is produced in Court and it submitted that there is a compromise between him and the informant. In fact, an affidavit is filed by opposite party No.2 and the same is received in Court today stating therein the fact about the settlement reached at between the parties. The payment details with the settlement arrived at with the relevant documents to the affidavit is referred to by Mr. Khuntia, learned counsel for opposite party No.2. Recorded the response of Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner. Accepting the affidavit and in view of the compromise claimed, this Court is inclined to dispose of the matter as there is no need to consider cancellation of bail granted in BLAPL No.9076 of 2021 by order dated 17th December, 2021 as at p. 2 Flag-K. Consequently, the CRLMA is disposed of. It is however directed that opposite party No.2 shall not misutilise any such documents as his disposal in connection with the transaction in question any time hereafter after having arrived at a compromise.
