The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of Complaint Case No. 396/2017 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, along with the summoning order dated 28.01.2017 and the subsequent order dated 17.08.2022 whereby notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C. was framed against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and that the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, already stands withdrawn by the complainant before the learned Trial Court. It is, therefore, submitted that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. 4.
