1. Through the present petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“a) Pass an order thereby calling for the record of Civil Suit No. 274/2022 titled as "Atul Sud & Anr. versus Sanjay Kapoor & Anr." passed by Ld. ADJ-07, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.
b) Set aside the impugned order dated 02.06.2023 passed in Civil Suit no. 274/2022 titled as "Atul Sud & Anr. versus Sanjay Kapoor & Anr." passed by Ld. ADJ-07, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi; and
c) Pass any order/further order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice.”
2. At this stage the petitioners are praying for the limited relief of expeditious disposal of the underlying suit bearing CS No. 274/2022 titled

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial of the suit as the matter is pending since 2022.
4. This Court deems it appropriate to grant the limited relief sought by the petitioner. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not appreciated the merits of the case.
6. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition.
7. The present petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands
disposed of in the above terms.
