1. Learned counsels for the partiesjointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 27.03.2026 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
2. It is further submitted that thesum of Rs.2,03,631/-, which has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent,shall be treated as full and final settlement of all claims of the respondent and that neither of the parties have any other pending claims.
3. Learned counsels for the parties further submit that after the passing of the Award dated 30.06.2022, the learned SDM, Kalka Ji, District This is a digitally signed order. South-East,had directedfreezing of the accounts of the both the parties.Both the parties have also filed their respective affidavits, copies whereof are placed on record, stating that the following bank accounts have been directed to be frozen only with respect to the present claim application and not in connection with any other proceedings:

4. The parties are made bound by the statements made by them today and the Settlement Agreement is also takenon record. The concerned banks are
directed to defreeze the accounts, subject to the verification that the orders of freezing were passed only with respect to the present claim application and pursuant to the orders of SDM/learned Commissioner.
5. Any other amount which has been deposited by the petitioner before the learned Commissioner or this Court be refunded back to him along with the interest, if any.
6. The writ petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
