Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over to this Court a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th August, 2026, and the same is taken on record. 2. As per the said Settlement Agreement, a sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- is payable by the respondent to the petitioner on account of full and final settlement of all their claim. 3. It is submitted that a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- has already been paid by the respondent to the petitioner on 19th August, 2026. The remaining balance This is a digitally signed order. This Court records the undertaking made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent that terms of the said Settlement Agreement shall be abided by, and requisite payments shall be made to the petitioner. 5. The aforesaid undertaking is taken on record and the respondent is held bound by the same. 6. The respondent is directed to abide by the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 19th August, 2026. 7. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition, in case the timelines, as given in the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, are not followed by the respondent. 8.
