Statements of petitioners and respondent No.3, the complainant, at whose instance impugned FIR No. 0063/2023 dated 12.02.2023 came to be registered with Police Station, Rajouri have been reduced into writing by learned Registrar Judicial of this Court in the light of the compromise (Annexure-I to CrlM No. 475/2026). The parties have been duly identified by their respective counsels. 02. The complainant/private respondent, in his statement, has stated that he has amicably resolved all disputes, issues and misunderstandings with petitioners and has no grievance against the petitioners now. He has no objection to the quashment of the impugned FIR. 03. In view of the aforesaid compromise and the statement made by the parties, present petition is allowed. Consequently, FIR No 0063/2023 dated 12.02.2023 registered with Police Station, Rajouri along with all proceedings emanating therefrom is quashed. 04.
