Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 16.03.2026, addressed to the office of Advocate General, showing that the salary arrear of Rs. 10,82,046/- stands paid to the petitioner on 09.01.2025 and revised gratuity of Rs. 8,00,745/- stands paid on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 19.02.2025. The pay of the petitioner has also been re-fixed by the department vide office order dated 01.01.2025 and pensionary benefits have also been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner in accordance with the applicable rules. His services have also been regularized on 23.11.1996. 2. Keeping in view the above, the present execution petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. We do not comment upon the entitlement of the petitioner for the interest in the present execution proceedings, however, it is open for the petitioner to take recourse in this regard, in accordance with law, if permissible. 3.
