It is stated that there are no properties in Delhi and the only property available to the Judgment Debtor is an office premises at Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and all the movable assets are also in Chennai. Learned Counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Decree should be now transferred to the City Civil Court, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
