CMP No. 3204/2024 On the last date of hearing i.e. 07.01.2026, following order was passed in this matter:- “CMP No.3204 of 2024 Following order was passed in this matter on 01.01.2026:- “Pursuant to the detailed order passed in this matter on 19.12.2025, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 31.12.2025 conveying the approval of the Government for implementing the judgment and to release the payment of interest @6% per annum to the petitioner. Let the needful be now done positively within five days. List on 07.01.2026.” Pursuant to above order, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.01.2026 from the Director Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh. These instructions are nothing, but reiteration of the previous instructions, which were taken note of in the previous order. Final opportunity of two weeks is granted to the respondents to comply with the judgment in letter and spirit, failing which the respondents shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing. List on 11.03.2026.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of office instructions dated 09.03.2026 from Director, Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh conveying release of 6% interest amount to the petitioner on 26.02.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that office instructions have redressed the grievance of the petitioner, however, petitioner be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievance. 4.
