1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking withdrawal of the present appeal on the ground of settlement between the parties.
2. Learned counsels for the appellant informs that the matter has been settled between the parties and the parties have filed petition seeking divorce by mutual consent and the first motion has already been allowed on 16.07.2026. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal in view of the settlement.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the withdrawal of the present appeal. This is a digitally signed order.
