No.35 of 2023 as withdrawn/in terms of the Conciliated Settlement Agreement dated 30.05.2026; (c) Direct release of the amount of Rs.72,27,168/- deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 13.05.2025, together with the entire interest accrued thereon in the This is a digitally signed order.
