Respondent No.10 is ex parte. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 16.09.2025:- “Today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the private respondents, on instructions, informed the Court that the cause title has become defective. In order to clarify this fact by learned Counsel for the petitioners and the fact that petitioners No.2 and 3 express their desire not to continue with the petition, as prayed for, list on 24.09.2025.” 2. The above order takes note of the fact that petitioners No. 2 & 3 had expressed their desire not to continue with the petition. Matter thereafter appeared on 24.09.2025 when following order was passed:- 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some time be granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner. As prayed for, last opportunity of three weeks is granted to do the needful. List thereafter.” 3. As evident from the above order, final opportunity of three weeks was granted for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.1. More than five months have gone by but the opportunity in terms of order dated 24.09.2025 has not been availed by the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.1.
