1. Ms. Mathur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the matter has been amicably resolved vide Settlement Agreement dated 01.04.2026, arrived at before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
2. She draws the attention of this Court toClause 1 and 2 of the Settlement Agreement and submits that, in terms thereof, a lump sum amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of all dues, disputes and claims has been paid to the legal representative of the respondent by way of Demand Draft bearing No.202414 dated 30.03.2026.
3. She further submits that, in terms of the said Settlement Agreement, the respondent has agreed to withdraw all pending proceedings, including LIR No. This is a digitally signed order.
