The present Rent Control Revision Petition has been filed under Section 14(1) (c) read with Section 25 B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, impugning the Order dated 04.03.2023 passed by the learned ACJ/ARC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition Bearing No. E-343/2020 CNR No.DLCT03-003322- 2020 titled as “Smt.Neelam kapoor v. Kanti Lal & Co. & Ors.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after advancing arguments for a considerable period of time, on instructions, seeks the leave of this Court to file an Affidavit of Undertaking to the effect that the Petitioner would be vacating the premises on or before 31.07.2027, and that payment of use and occupation charges of the This is a digitally signed order.
