Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 1.1.2026 received from Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh alongwith comparative chart of payment made to Sangeeta Devi and petitioner. It has been further submitted that petitioner is claiming release of the amount on the analogy of Sangeeta Devi’s case, however, claim of Sangeeta Devi has not been acceded to by the respondents and payment made to Sangeeta Devi has been proposed to 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?

Ex. Petition No. 497 of 2023 be recovered, but the recovery has been stayed in Writ Petition CWP No. 591 of 2025, preferred by Sangeeta Devi and payment to the petitioner as well as Sangeeta Devi shall be subject to final outcome of the litigation, however, amount which has been paid to Sangeeta Devi, has also been paid to present petitioner.
2. In view of above, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh Execution Petition or revive present petition as and when occasion arises to do so.
