Petition No. 497 of 2023 be recovered, but the recovery has been stayed in Writ Petition CWP No. 591 of 2025, preferred by Sangeeta Devi and payment to the petitioner as well as Sangeeta Devi shall be subject to final outcome of the litigation, however, amount which has been paid to Sangeeta Devi, has also been paid to present petitioner. 2. In view of above, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh Execution Petition or revive present petition as and when occasion arises to do so.
