The learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner/applicant has been granted permission to travel abroad at least on 12 earlier occasions, with the last permission being granted by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2026. 6. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the Court finds that the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the same stands allowed and the petitioner/applicant is allowed to travel abroad between 16.07.2026 to 23.07.2026 as per the itinerary subject to same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 09.01.2026, passed by this Court. 7.
