The Defendants are present in Court. The Plaintiff and Defendants state that they have gone through Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2026 and that they have understood the contents thereof. 5. It is stated that the Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2026 has been entered into between the parties without any coercion and they are willing to abide by the Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2026. They undertake to follow the Settlement Agreement dated 15.05.2026 in letter and spirit. The parties have been identified by their respective Counsels. This is a digitally signed order.
