3. As noticed, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said affidavit refers to some LinkedIn and Facebook accounts allegedly created by some unscrupulous person, not under the control of Mr. Sanjay Mehra. 4.
It also transpires that a complaint to this effect has already been submitted to Meta and LinkedIn. This is a digitally signed order. 5. In the circumstances, Meta and LinkedIn are directed to act expeditiously in respect thereof and delete/block the aforesaid accounts. 6. In view of the compliance affidavits filed by the respective parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petitions. The same are, accordingly, disposed of. 7. In case the parties have any further grievance with regard to any other violation of the Terms of the Settlement (ToS), they shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law. REVIEW PET. 268/2026 - Seeking of Review of Judgment date 30-03- 2026 in CONT.CAS(C) 1476/2023
8. The present review petition takes exception to the finding/conclusion drawn in Paragraph 77 and 78 of the judgment order dated 30.03.2026 in CONT.CAS(C) 1476/2023 and other connected matters. The review applicant for the same relies upon the Clauses of the ToS. 9. Essentially, the review petitioner seeks a merit based review in respect of the relevant findings. The same is beyond the parameters of the review jurisdiction. 10. The Review petition is accordingly disposed of. 11. Needless to say, the review applicant would be at liberty to avail legal remedies, if aggrieved by any finding/s rendered in the judgment dated
