(2) According to petitioner, he was entitled to be regularised on the post of Technical Assistant, but he was given regularisation on the post of Steno. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought various reliefs, however, after arguing for a while, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he does not want to press the reliefs as claimed in the writ petition. He submits that earlier representation made by the petitioner to Director was decided by Deputy Registrar, therefore petitioner be permitted to make a fresh representation to Director, who may be directed to take decision on the same. (3) Mr. Vikas Pande, learned Counsel appearing for the Wildlife Institute of India, submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation highlighting his grievance to Director (respondent no. 1). If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law and untrammelled by any observation made earlier, within ten weeks thereafter.
